This is a framed black and white photograph of the Capitol Building in Olympia, WA. The photograph is 15.5 in. (39 cm.) x 19.5 in. (49 cm.) with a framed size of 18 in. (45 cm.) x 24 in. (60 cm.). The photograph is in a wooden black frame with a cream colored mat. The photo was taken with the Tivoli Fountain in the forefront of the photograph with the Capitol and Legislative Building in the background. It is unclear who had taken the photograph. The photo was framed by Irene Fury in Snolqualmie, WA.

Maud P. Mitchell was born about 1883 in Oregon. She married Chas. R. Mitchell and by 1920 they were living in Chehalis, WA. Charles was an assistant cashier at the bank. Charles had become a banker by 1930. Between 1957 & 1958 Charles passed away. And Maud passed away on 29 May 1960 in Chehalis, WA.
